Season Cost = $700*
Deposit of $150* due February 8th, 2022
Payment 1 - $275* due March 7th, 2022
Payment 2 - $275* due May 9th, 2022

Tournament Information
2023/2024, 2025, 2026/2027, and 2028/2029 GLadiators teams will attend four (4) tournaments:
The Great LAX Bay - June 18/19
The Grail - June 25/26
The Summer Showdown - July 16/17
Summer Finale - July 23/24
2027/2028 green team will attend the following four (4) tournaments:
Midwest Prime - June 11/12 2022
The Great LAX Bay - June 18/19
The Grail - June 25/26
The Summer Showdown - July 16/17

Summer Uniforms
All players will receive a GLadiators pinnie, shooter, and shorts.
Please complete the 2022 Uniform Size form.
Participation Waivers
You are required to complete the COVID-19 waiver form, the injury liability form, and the concussion information sheet prior to attending any event hosted or attended by GLadiators or Transeth Lacrosse, including but not limited to: tryouts, practices, tournaments and workshops.
